With over 23 years of experience as a personal trainer, Joe brings a results-driven and disciplined approach to fitness. A retired police officer and proud Marine Corps and Air Force veteran, Joe holds certifications from NASM and the Cooper Institute. His expertise spans strength and conditioning, bodybuilding, injury prevention, weight loss, fitness testing, and nutrition guidance.
As a former SWAT, Academy Instructor and tactics officer, Joe’s coaching philosophy is built on leadership by example, integrity, and respect—values that guide every session and inspire clients to perform at their best, both in and out of the gym.
