Agreement

By visiting our website, purchasing a membership, or entering the gym, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Memberships & Access

Available memberships include monthly, day, week, and training packages as listed on our website.
All memberships include 24/7 access via key fob. Lost or damaged fobs may require replacement at your expense.
Parents or legal guardians must sign for minors under 17. Any forged signatures are the responsibility of the minor and guardian.

Payments

All payments are processed through secure third-party systems (Stripe, Square, EFT, or cash).
Membership fees are due in advance and are non-transferable.

Refunds

Refunds are handled only as stated in our cancellation policy. Unused time or partial months are not refunded unless required by law.

Conduct

Members agree to behave respectfully and safely within the facility.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of policy, misconduct, or unpaid balances.

Facility & Security

The gym is open 24/7 via key fob.
Security cameras are in use throughout the facility to ensure safety and prevent theft.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen property.

Health & Safety

Members acknowledge that participation in exercise carries inherent risks.
You agree to use equipment safely and release Barbell Brothers Gym, its owners, and staff from liability for injury or damages arising from use of the facility.

Marketing & Communication

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive relevant updates, class schedules, or promotions by email or text. You can opt out at any time.

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, and materials are owned by Barbell Brothers Gym. You may not reproduce or reuse content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Barbell Brothers Gym, its owners, and staff are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from use of the facility, website, or services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
